Payroll/HRMS

Experienced payroll professionals to provide expert payroll management and administration, as well as technical HR/Payroll system support, to our growing client base. Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, strong attention to detail, outstanding customer service, flexibility, and ability to travel are musts. Strong Ceridian, UltiPro, and/or ADP system experience required and CPP/FPC preferred.

Client Payroll Manager

Manage and direct a team of payroll professionals providing payroll outsourcing services to our clients. Manages the day-to-day processing of all client payroll data and ensures timely and accurate payroll production for clients. Acts as liaison for client vendors and assumes a leadership role in responding to and resolving staff/client questions and problems. Delivers quality customer service both internally and externally and ensures the staff accepts and delivers expected standards. Strong Ceridian system experience and CPP preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant, progressive experience in payroll with complex payrolls and with custom programs, different pay frequencies, multi-state and high volumes within strict deadlines.
